鋼絲繩罐道剛性系數(shù)檢測(cè)與調(diào)整
為了更加科學(xué)的進(jìn)行鋼絲繩罐道剛性系數(shù)檢測(cè),介紹了剛性系數(shù)檢測(cè)的三種檢測(cè)方法,針對(duì)三種檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,制定振波頻率法測(cè)試方案,設(shè)計(jì)出罐道剛性系數(shù)檢測(cè)裝置,進(jìn)行最小剛性系數(shù)計(jì)算,滿足鋼絲繩罐道剛性系數(shù)檢測(cè)要求,并給出罐道繩剛性系數(shù)調(diào)整措施和意見,為礦井提升系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行提供科學(xué)的保障。in order to test the rigidity coefficient of steel wire rope raceway more scientifically,this paper introduces three detection methods of rigidity coefficient detection,compares and analyzes the three detection methods,formulates the test scheme of vibration frequency method,designs the detection device of steel wire rope raceway rigidity coefficient,calculates the minimum rigidity coefficient,meets the detection requirements of steel wire rope raceway rigidity coefficient,and gives the detection scheme of steel wire rope raceway rigidity coefficient Rigid coefficient adjustment measures and opinions provide scientific guarantee for safe operation of mine hoisting system。
